We proudly use only the freshest ingredients and prepare all our food in-house daily. All of our bread, pies, cookies, salad dressings, and sauce are made from scratch, and we don’t use any MSG, preservatives, freezers, or fryers. We specialize in preparing mouthwatering low-fat dishes and are happy to accommodate requests for even lower-fat meals. 

Our chicken is non-chemically treated, raised in southern Alabama, and fed a diet of 100% cornmeal and/or 100% soymeal. We start by cleaning and rinsing each chicken with cold water and seasoning it with lemon pepper. Each bird is basted with our home made BBQ marinade and salt before roasting it over flaming Brazilian Oak Logs. The result is the juiciest, most delicious chicken you will ever taste!

If you’re planning an event, we cater over 5,000 parties annually, from 10 people office parties to 2,000 people church events.
